Does anyone have a policy relating to ED LOS you can share with me? We are looking at our LOS particularly as it relates to NTS patients. We have started a real time formal PIPS process to look at barriers to getting the patient to his/her room within 2 or 4 hour timeframe. Our goal is 80% of patients be in assigned bed within allotted timeframe. Thanks, Gina
